If you’re interested in working on the Muskrat Falls Project, follow the steps below to submit your online profile and get more information about employment opportunities:

Step 1: Register on this website
Anyone interested in working on the project should register with to create an online resume highlighting their skills and experience. This is the most effective way to ensure your resume and qualifications are accessible to contractors and unions looking for workers.

To register you will need to:

  1. Create a username and password.
  2. Input contact information and all relevant experience, education and training, trades, licenses and/or certifications, employment references, and indicate position/occupation preferences.
  3. Provide consent allowing your information to be accessible to contractors and unions seeking workers. If consent is not provided, your profile cannot be accessed by companies looking to hire workers.

Once you have completed the registration process, saved your information and provided consent, your information will immediately be accessible to contractors and unions.

Remember to update your profile regularly to ensure the most accurate information about your qualifications and experience is available.

Step 2: Contact contractors working on the project
The majority of hiring for the Muskrat Falls Project will be done by contractors. While Nalcor conducts some hiring for the project, the businesses with contracts to work on the project carry out their own recruitment.

Step 3: Contact a union in your trade
If you have registered online at and/or contacted the contractors working on the project, you may also find it helpful to contact the union representing your trade or profession. Contact information for union representatives is available here.
